Leah West

Leah West is an Associate Professor at the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. She completed her SJD at the University of Toronto and previously served as Counsel with the National Security Litigation and Advisory Group within the Department of Justice. She is the co-author, along with Craig Forcese of National Security Law, 2nd ed. and co-editor of Stress Tested: The COVID-19 Pandemic and Canadian National Security.
